Sophia Volzke is from Berlin, Germany and developed a passion about the ocean and marine life when she was 12.
A very intense interest in Australia and the Great Barrier Reef had caused her trip to Brisbane in November, 2010.
The perfect dream come true that quickly developed into the will to stay and study marine biology.
Unfortunately due to funding issues she did not have the chance to study yet, but that does not restrict her urge to learn
about the ocean environment.
In late 2011 this Blog was created where she composes her growing knowledge into facts that anyone who is interested
can access easily.
